Job Summary

We are seeking experienced caregivers with dementia care experience who are compassionate, dependable, and confident in providing hands-on support. This role is ideal for caregivers who enjoy forming meaningful connections and supporting clients with both daily care needs and safety supervision. Weekend and overnight availability are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Aid with personal care, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Support clients with dementia using patience, redirection, and safety awareness
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed
• Perform light housekeeping related to client care
• Provide safety supervision and monitor changes in condition
• Follow care plans and communicate any concerns with office staff

Requirements

• Previous experience as a caregiver or in a related role
• Dementia care experience preferred
• Weekend availability preferred
• Reliable, dependable, and professional
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Smartphone required for scheduling and communication
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Covid19 vaccination preferred
• Caregiver must be at least 18 years of age
