Caregiver - Overnight Shift

About the role

The Springs at Grand Park is hiring caregivers to provide excellent care for their residents. This is an Overnight Shift position.

Responsibilities

• Support residents with the completion of daily care as indicated in their service plans
• Provide warmth, companionship, and patience to support residents' physical and mental health
• Aid in the development and revision of Service Plans by informing the supervisor of current resident needs and preferences as well as successful service approaches
• Answer pages and call lights

Qualifications

• Friendly, observant, flexible, reliable, patient, organized, and helpful
• Ability to pass a criminal background and drug test at the time of job offer
• If new to the field of health services, we provide all the training necessary to be successful
