Experienced Caregiver (NY Hha/Pca)

TheKey is hiring caregivers to support clients in Great Neck, Glen Cove, Oyster Bay, and Syosset, NY. Build a meaningful career in a growing industry while earning top pay rates.

Pay

• $20–22 per hour (Weekends: $21.00 per hour)
• $250 sign-on bonus
• Mileage reimbursement at GSA rates for client transportation
• Weekly pay with optional daily pay through PayActiv

Schedule

• Days, evenings, weekends, and overnights
• Full-time and part-time positions available

Responsibilities

• Personal care: assisting with dressing, grooming, bathing, and meals
• Companionship: social engagement, activities, and emotional support
• Transportation: driving clients to appointments and running errands
• Light housekeeping: basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing

Requirements

• At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience
• At least 18 years of age
• Valid NY Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Aide (PCA) certification
• Valid driver’s license with access to reliable transportation
• TB clearance or chest X-ray
• Must comply with state background screening requirements
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
