As a Caregiver, you’ll support clients living with Alzheimer’s, Dementia, and/or other cognitive impairments with personalized, 1:1 care in the safety of their homes. Pay

Top pay rates starting at $20.00 per hour, with $21.00 per hour on weekends. Mileage reimbursed at GSA rates for client transportation. $250 sign-on bonus.

Responsibilities

• Cognitive & Behavioral Support: Provide gentle reminders, redirection, and structure to reduce confusion and anxiety
• Personal Care: Assist with dressing, grooming, hygiene, and meals with respect and patience
• Home Safety & Housekeeping: Help maintain a calm, familiar, and organized environment with basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing
• Transportation: Drive clients to appointments, run errands, and grocery shop
• Companionship: Offer conversation, music, memory games, or sensory activities tailored to cognitive needs

Requirements

• At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience
• At least 18 years of age
• Valid NY Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Aide (PCA) certification
• Valid driver’s license with access to reliable transportation
• TB clearance or chest X-ray
• Must comply with state background screening requirements and be eligible to work in the U.S.
