Experienced Caregiver (Hha/Pca)

Pay

• Starting at $20.00–$22.00 per hour
• $21.00 per hour on weekends
• $250 sign-on bonus
• Mileage reimbursed at GSA rates for client transportation

Responsibilities

• Provide cognitive and behavioral support, including gentle reminders, redirection, and structure to reduce confusion and anxiety
• Assist with personal care: dressing, grooming, hygiene, and meals with respect and patience
• Maintain home safety and housekeeping: basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing to create a calm, familiar environment
• Transport clients to appointments, run errands, and grocery shop
• Offer companionship through conversation, music, memory games, or sensory activities tailored to cognitive needs

Requirements

• At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience
• At least 18 years of age
• Valid NY Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Aide (PCA) certification
• Valid driver’s license with access to reliable transportation
• TB clearance or chest X-ray
• Must comply with state background screening requirements
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
