TheKey is hiring experienced Spanish-speaking caregivers for all shifts, including 4-12 hour shifts Monday through Friday and every other weekend. Responsibilities

• Provide cognitive and behavioral support, including gentle reminders, redirection, and structure to reduce confusion and anxiety
• Assist with personal care, such as dressing, grooming, hygiene, and meals with respect and patience
• Maintain home safety and housekeeping, including basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing
• Provide transportation for clients to appointments, errands, and grocery shopping
• Offer companionship through conversation, music, memory games, or sensory activities tailored to cognitive needs

Requirements

• At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience
• At least 18 years of age
• Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Home Health Aide (HHA), or Personal Care Aide (PCA) certification
• Valid driver’s license with access to a fully insured personal vehicle
• TB clearance or chest X-ray
• Compliance with state background screening requirements (Florida Clearinghouse will be used)
• Eligibility to work in the U.S.
