Ron Tonkin Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Fiat is seeking experienced Car Sales Representatives to join our Sales Team. Your main objective will be customer service and assisting clients through the purchasing process. No prior automotive industry experience is required—any customer-oriented job experience translates well.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, assess their needs, and explain how a new vehicle meets those needs.
• Demonstrate vehicle features and operation.
• Follow up with leads via phone, text, and email.
• Negotiate sales transactions.
• Attend training and sales meetings.
• Complete sales transaction paperwork.

Requirements

• 2+ years of prior automotive sales experience (new car franchise preferred but not required).
• In-depth knowledge of CRM usage, preferably DriveCentric.
• Ability to source and pursue leads.
• MOPAR experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.

Pay

• Commission-based pay plan with no income limit.
• Paid training with two pay plan options:
  • $22/hour, or
  • $4,000 per month guarantee.
