Experienced Building Maintenance - The Lodge at Vail

Job Summary

The Maintenance Crew team performs critical operations in the base area to deliver an incredible arrival experience. This mid-level position is a great opportunity to learn new skills and gain knowledge in many aspects of maintenance and resort operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Aid in various maintenance tasks such as painting, landscaping, clearing base area of weather elements, and other general maintenance tasks.
• Provide additional support to other resort operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• 2+ years of experience.
• Follow procedures and guidelines to stay safe and keep your team safe – your safety is our priority.
• Comfortable working both inside and outside in seasonal environments.
• Ability to perform heavy work (exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly).
• Ability to work standing on your feet and performing physical work consistently.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.
