Surface Experts specializes in repairing small surface damage on a variety of materials, including floors, countertops, bathtubs, cabinets, appliances, furniture, and elevator panels. We aim to be the "one place fixes all" for any kind of small surface damage, combining traditional skills with modern solutions to deliver high-quality, long-lasting repairs. Our process minimizes waste by using minimal materials—usually just 1 to 2 tablespoons—resulting in a clean, smell-free experience completed in under two hours. This approach helps customers save time and money while reducing landfill contributions.

Responsibilities

• Visit up to 4+ jobsites daily to perform small repairs in settings such as apartments, hotels, commercial buildings, and construction sites.
• Repair surface damage while providing exceptional customer service to staff and tenants.
• Use creativity and problem-solving skills to perform one-of-a-kind repairs.
• Engage with customers using outstanding customer service and communication skills.
• Maintain progress updates and notes in our CRM/Dispatch tool.
• Reach out to the Support Team for assistance with any questions or issues.
• Follow our 5-step repair process and master the use of a custom-made toolkit.
• Apply knowledge of color and paint application for color matching during repairs, including bathtub refinishing and reglazing.

Requirements

• Practical experience with a hands-on trade (e.g., construction, manufacturing, painting, or maintenance). Personal hobbies in these areas may also qualify.
• Experience in bathtub refinishing and reglazing is preferred.
• Strong understanding of color and the ability to manipulate it for successful color matching.
