About the role

Surface Experts is a national franchise growing our local team. We are looking for a Bathtub Repair Technician to repair damages to tubs that occur during or after installation. Familiarity with common tub building materials—fiberglass, gel coat, enameled steel, and acrylic—is essential.

Responsibilities

• Repair bathtubs using HLVP or commercial paint sprayers
• Match colors accurately for seamless repairs
• Manage your own schedule and meet project timelines
• Provide excellent customer service

Requirements

• Experience working with HLVP or commercial paint sprayers
• Hands-on experience in construction, manufacturing, or facilities maintenance
• Ability to make at least a 2-year commitment
• Strong attention to detail and excellent work ethic
• Customer service experience
• Familiarity with bathtub fabrication or installation (preferred but not required)
• Art background or color-matching skills (helpful but not required)
• Must not be color blind
