About the role
Lithia & Buick GMC Cadillac is hiring experienced Service Technicians, Class A and B.
Responsibilities
- Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with Lithia and manufacturer standards.
- Diagnose cause of malfunction.
- Complete all work according to the applicable safety requirements.
- Road-test vehicles to ensure quality of repair work.
- Document work performed on repair order, record test procedures/results & time, per company recording & clocking procedures.
- Responsible for providing and maintaining an inventory of normal mechanics tools.
Requirements
Prior automotive repair experience required, 2+ years. ASE and manufacturer certification, desired.
A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service.
Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
Total Rewards
- This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Bonuses based on Production Productivity.
- The average wage range for this position is $30.00-$55.00 per flat rate hour.
- Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location.
- Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
