Responsibilities

• Work active leads and showroom traffic
• Follow a proven, structured sales process
• Build rapport and guide customers to the right vehicle
• Log activity and manage follow-up in CRM
• Collaborate with managers to maximize every deal

Requirements

• Experienced automotive sales professional
• Strong closing skills
• Ability to build rapport and guide customers
• Proficiency in CRM systems
• Willingness to work a 5-day, 9 AM - 7 PM schedule (Mon-Thurs) and 9 AM - 6 PM schedule (Fri-Sat)

Qualifications

• Proven track record in automotive sales
• Experience with CRM systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Benefits

Pay

Flat fee per vehicle sold (no confusing commission grids), earn on every deal + additional product commissions, pay on each qualified customer visit logged in CRM, flat fee per “We Buy Cars” purchase.

Schedule

5-day work week with store hours: Mon–Thurs: 9 AM – 7 PM, Fri–Sat: 9 AM – 6 PM. Closed Sundays.
