Experienced Automotive General Manager

Responsibilities

• Hire, mentor, and monitor the performance of department managers
• Set an example of professionalism through actions and appearance
• Ensure target revenues are met or exceeded
• Manage profitability in both the new and pre-owned vehicle departments
• Aid in developing and managing an effective advertising and marketing plan
• Develop a productive relationship throughout the dealership
• Maintain a positive and ethical working relationship with all employees, manufacturers, lenders, vendors, and customers
