Responsibilities

• Accurately process and review automotive sales contracts.
• Ensure compliance with dealership and lender requirements.
• Communicate with sales, finance, and lenders to resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain organized deal jackets and accounting records.
• Process daily parts & service deposits, bank reconciliations, and flooring payments.
• Assist in various accounting office tasks as directed by the department manager.

Qualifications

• Extensive automotive contract billing experience.
• Strong understanding of auto dealership accounting procedures.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficient in dealership management systems and basic computer skills.

Pay
