Experienced Automatic Door Technician

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain doors, turnstiles, revolving doors, and other entrance or security products.
• Proactively assist in projects, demonstrating autonomy in a high-expectation, low-supervision environment to drive project success.
• Learn techniques from your trainer, building on existing skills and showing a desire to grow.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional worksite, paying attention to detail, taking pride in workmanship, and solving problems for customers.
• Work with office staff: order and track parts, materials, and time spent on services.

Requirements

• We are searching for someone with automatic door or similar experience.
• Candidates should have a good understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, problem solving and diagnostic skills and be familiar with power and hand tools.
• Licenses: Must possess an unrestricted and valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Education: Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Experience: Comfortable using power tools and hand tools - personally or professionally. Preference for having worked with carpentry, electric, military, HVAC, or similar.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand, bend, and/or climb for long periods of time in a non-climate-controlled environment.
• Lift 75+ pounds.
• Work at heights/use a ladder.
