We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes introductory paragraphs about Baxter mission etc. Should we include an "About the role" heading? The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. The posting includes description of role, responsibilities, qualifications, benefits, pay. So we can have sections: About the role (maybe summarizing the introductory paragraph about role?), Responsibilities (list of duties), Requirements/Qualifications (maybe combine?), Skills (maybe separate?), Benefits, Pay. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate: EEO, legal, scam notice, etc. Also remove navigation/cookie etc. Keep substantive info. We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include details from posting. Let's extract: Intro: "This is where your work makes a difference. Then "Your team You will join a team dedicated to developing and supporting automation solutions that enable safe, efficient, and reliable manufacturing operations. Then "At Baxter, we support our employees both professionally and personally through comprehensive benefits, paid volunteer time, matching charitable contributions, well-being resources, and programs designed to support employees and their families throughout every stage of life." Then "What you'll be doing" list of duties. Then "What you'll bring" list of qualifications. Then compensation: "We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $72,000 - $99,000 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors. This position may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses. For questions about this, our pay philosophy, and available benefits, please speak to the recruiter if you decide to apply and are selected for an interview." Then "Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time." Then "US Benefits At Baxter (except For Puerto Rico) This is where your well-being matters. Baxter offers comprehensive compensation and benefits packages for eligible roles. Join us and enjoy the competitive compensation and benefits we offer to our employees. For additional information regarding Baxter US Benefits, please speak with your recruiter or visit our Benefits site: Benefits | Baxter" We need to remove boilerplate: EEO, Reasonable Accommodations, Recruitment Fraud Notice, etc. Also remove "Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time." That's maybe not boilerplate but it's a requirement; it's substantive? It's a requirement about work authorization. Should we keep? It's a requirement; maybe keep under Requirements. But it's not a typical qualification; but it's a condition. We could include it in Requirements. We need to avoid duplication. The "What you'll be doing" list includes many items; we can put under Responsibilities as
  • . The "What you'll bring" list includes qualifications; we can put under Requirements or Qualifications. Could separate Requirements (education/experience) and Skills (technical skills). But we can combine if we want fewer sections. The instruction: prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So maybe we have sections: About the role (intro + role description), Responsibilities (duties), Requirements (education, experience, qualifications), Benefits, Pay. Possibly Skills could be part of Requirements. We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have actual content. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown. Let's craft:

    About the role

At Baxter, we believe every person deserves a chance to live a healthy life. Our mission is to Save and Sustain Lives, driven by a culture of courage, trust, and collaboration. As an Automation Technician, you will build, install, troubleshoot, and support automated manufacturing equipment, working closely with engineers, designers, manufacturing teams, and external partners to ensure equipment operates safely, reliably, and at peak performance. Success is measured by equipment reliability, project execution, troubleshooting effectiveness, and contributions to continuous improvement. You will join a team dedicated to developing and supporting automation solutions that enable safe, efficient, and reliable manufacturing operations, collaborating with experienced engineers, technicians, and manufacturing professionals in a fast‑paced environment that values teamwork and technical excellence.

    Responsibilities

    • Perform electrical and pneumatic assembly, installation, startup, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of automated manufacturing equipment.
    • Build, wire, test, and troubleshoot electrical control panels, high- and low-voltage systems, and automation components including PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, servo systems, robotics, vision systems, sensors, and pneumatic devices.
    • Support mechanical assembly, equipment integration, equipment debugging, factory acceptance testing (FAT), site acceptance testing (SAT), and field installations.
    • Read and interpret electrical schematics, pneumatic diagrams, and engineering drawings to complete installations and modifications.
    • Use electrical testing equipment to diagnose issues, investigate equipment failures, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
    • Partner with engineering and manufacturing teams by providing technical feedback, documenting field changes, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
    • Provide technical guidance and training to plant personnel on equipment operation, maintenance, and best practices.
    • Travel as needed to support equipment installation, commissioning, startup, and service activities.

    Requirements

    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical controls wiring, automation equipment assembly, industrial automation support, or a combination of related education and experience.
    • Strong knowledge of electrical controls, industrial wiring practices, and pneumatic systems.
    • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, pneumatic diagrams, and 2D/3D CAD drawings.
    • Experience wiring systems from power distribution through control logic and I/O devices.
    • Proficiency using electrical test equipment and troubleshooting automated manufacturing systems.
    • Strong problem‑solving, communication, and decision‑making skills.

    • Technical training in Electrical Technology, Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, Automation Technology, or a related field.
    • Completion of a recognized electrical apprenticeship program.
    • Experience supporting automated manufacturing equipment in a regulated or high‑volume manufacturing environment.
    • Experience working with PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, servo systems, robotics, vision systems, and other automation technologies.
    • Experience supporting equipment installation, commissioning, FAT/SAT activities, and field service projects.
    • Authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; Baxter is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.

    • Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) with ability to purchase company stock at a discount.
    • 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan (RSP) with options for employee contributions and company matching.
    • Flexible Spending Accounts.
    • Educational assistance programs.

    Pay

The estimated base salary for this position is $72,000 – $99,000 annually. Individual pay is based on location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors. The position may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.

We need to ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like "We are committed to equitable pay..." etc. We kept the pay range and mention of discretionary bonuses. We omitted the sentence about "We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change." That's maybe substantive but could be considered filler? It's still info about pay philosophy. Might keep? The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we should keep that sentence as well. However, we must avoid creating sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". That sentence is not filler; it's actual detail about pay determination. So
