About the role

The Hertrich Family of Dealerships is seeking an experienced Auto Parts Advisor / Parts Counter Person to join their growing team.

Responsibilities

- Order, receive, stock, and bill automotive parts - Assist retail customers and service technicians with parts needs - Maintain organized inventory and parts storage areas - Complete inventory counts and record keeping - Handle parts pickups and deliveries as needed - Provide exceptional customer service and support - Keep the parts department clean and organized

Requirements

- 1-2 years automotive parts experience preferred - Strong customer service and communication skills - Team-oriented with a positive attitude - Comfortable using computers and dealership systems - Organized and detail-oriented - Valid Driver's License with clean driving record - High School Diploma or GED required
