Experienced Auto Body General Manager

About the role

The General Manager is responsible for the overall profitability, productivity, and quality of work at the auto body shop. They must maintain high service and safety standards while managing relationships with insurance partners.

Requirements

• Auto body shop service writing/ estimating with DRP Experience
• We're ready to help you grow your career!
• Experience using CCC One, Mitchell and I-Car programs
• High energy with a sense of urgency
• Prior experience with direct repair programs
• Excellent operational AND leadership abilities
• Commitment to delivering excellent customer service
• Ability to pass a background check and receive approval from our insurance partners

• Pay: $120,000 – 160,000/year expected annual compensation (100,000-130,000 annual salary plus eligibility for profit sharing incentives expected to range from 2000 to 4000 per month)

Schedule

Monday - Friday 7:30am - 5:00pm with a 30 minute lunch

Pay

$120,000 – 160,000/year expected annual compensation (100,000-130,000 annual salary plus eligibility for profit sharing incentives expected to range from 2000 to 4000 per month)
