Responsibilities

• Profitability of your shop
• Oversee productivity and quality of work
• Maintain an exceptional level of service and safety
• Keep our insurance partners happy
• You will be the key driver of outcomes at your shop, and will be compensated accordingly

Requirements

• Auto body shop service writing/ estimating with DRP Experience
• Experience using CCC One, Mitchell and I-Car programs
• High energy with a sense of urgency
• Prior experience with direct repair programs
• Excellent operational AND leadership abilities
• Commitment to delivering excellent customer service
• Ability to pass a background check and receive approval from our insurance partners

Pay

Pay: $120,000 – 160,000/year expected annual compensation (100,000-130,000 annual salary plus eligibility for profit sharing incentives expected to range from 2000 to 4000 per month)

Schedule

Hours: Monday - Friday 7:30am - 5:30pm with a 30 minute lunch
