About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Auto Body Tech / Bodyman to handle all types of repairs at our locations. You will have access to top-of-the-line equipment in a dedicated shop. This is not an entry-level position; minimum 2 years of experience in a collision repair organization is required.
Responsibilities
- Restore vehicles to pre-accident condition
- Perform tear down and reassembly
- Welding and replacing panels
- Grind, sand, and fill repair panels
- Framework
- Additional duties as assigned to ensure efficient and quality repairs
- Read and interpret written repair orders
- Opportunity to coach an upcoming apprentice technician (with potential for increased pay)
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a collision repair organization
- Attention to detail and pride in your work
- I-CAR certifications a plus, but not required for all positions

Pay
$80,000 - $150,000 expected annually (equivalent to $30 to $36 per hour, plus eligibility for variable production-based bonuses expected to range from $2,400 to $4,500 per month).
Schedule
Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM with a 30-minute lunch break.
