About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Auto Body Technician (Bodyman) to handle all types of repairs at our locations. You’ll have access to top-of-the-line equipment in a dedicated shop. This is not an entry-level position—minimum 2 years of experience in a collision repair organization is required.
Responsibilities
- Restore vehicles to pre-accident condition
- Tear down and reassemble vehicle components
- Welding, replacing panels, grinding, sanding, and filling repair panels
- Framework and structural repairs
- Additional duties as assigned to ensure efficient and quality repairs
- Read and interpret written repair orders
- Opportunity to coach an upcoming apprentice technician (with potential for increased pay)
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a collision repair organization
- Attention to detail and pride in your work
- I-CAR certifications a plus (not required for all positions)

Pay
$80,000 – $150,000 expected annually ($30 to $36 per hour plus eligibility for variable production-based bonuses expected to range from $2,400 to $4,500 per month).
Schedule
Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM (30-minute lunch break).
