Primary Responsibilities

  • Evaluate Customers’ fleets and production practices.
  • Proactively propose mechanization solutions.
  • Sell value over price.
  • Collaborate with Optimization and Aftermarket teammates.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of equipment and technology features and benefits.
  • Apply focused effort to dealership processes.
  • Document valuable interactions with Customers.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3-5 years of comparable experience in Ag Equipment Sales.
  • Self-motivated performer.
  • Effective communicator and negotiator.
  • Demonstrated competency with basic Microsoft Office tools and CRM software.
  • Working knowledge of retail and wholesale financing.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
