About the role

We are seeking a Full-Time Security Field Inspector to lead and supervise security operations across multiple client sites in Westchester, Orange, Dutchess, and Sullivan County, NY.

Responsibilities

• Lead & Supervise: Take charge of security operations, coach and mentor your team, and ensure high standards of service.
• Conduct Inspections: Perform site inspections, address concerns, and maintain client satisfaction.
• Client & Team Interaction: Work with branch management, clients, and other stakeholders, providing updates, troubleshooting, and security planning.
• Training & Development: Develop a skilled team through training, evaluations, and fostering a positive work environment.
• On-the-Spot Leadership: Respond to incidents, cover shifts, and ensure all shifts are staffed.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of security experience, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
• A valid Security Guard License and Driver’s License.
• A reliable car for transportation between sites.
• Flexible availability to work Tuesday 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM, Wednesday 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM, Thursday 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM, Friday 10:00 PM- 6:00 AM, Saturday 10:00 PM- 6:00 AM.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• A High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to speak, read, and write in English.
• A valid Security Guard License and Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
