About the role
As an Experience Designer (Visual and Product) – Senior Associate, you will create and enhance user experiences for products, systems, or services, delivering innovative software solutions within our Advisory practice. You will combine technical skills with creative thinking to meet evolving client needs, drive product innovation, and develop quality solutions amid ambiguity. This role requires anticipating team and client needs, interpreting data to inform insights, and maintaining professional standards while upholding the firm’s code of conduct and independence requirements.
Responsibilities
- Design and enhance user experiences for software products and solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative design strategies
- Conduct user research and analysis to inform design decisions
- Create user personas and journey maps to guide product development
- Develop interactive prototypes and user interfaces to test design concepts
- Apply human-centered design principles to improve usability and accessibility
- Analyze industry trends to incorporate emerging technologies into design solutions
- Build meaningful client connections to understand and anticipate their needs
- Utilize analytical thinking to solve complex design challenges
- Uphold professional and technical standards in all design activities
Requirements
- At least a Bachelor’s degree
- At least 3 years of experience

Pay
The salary range for this position is $77,000 – $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
