  • Influence, navigate, and partner with diverse project stakeholders and cross-functional teams, including product management and engineering.
  • Build influence and partnerships with stakeholders outside of ongoing project work.
  • Collaborate with product design, content design, design research, design operations, and design technology across the team.
  • Develop and deliver advanced experience design deliverables across discovery and delivery workflows without active guidance, including information architectures, user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity designs, compositions, design specifications, redlines, and prototypes.
  • Deliver exemplary solutions leveraging internal and external best practices and methods.
  • Conceptualize and design multi-modal interactions and digital experiences across conversation interfaces, web, mobile web, and native apps (iOS and Android).
  • Support and leverage data, user research feedback, evaluative testing, analytics, and A/B testing across the customer journey.
  • Evaluate and benchmark existing product and service experiences, applying heuristics and competitive insights to move discussions forward.
  • Elevate conversations, proactively contribute in design critique, and serve as a resource to other designers.
  • Manage multiple concurrent designs/projects with minimal guidance, balancing time and expectations with stakeholders.
  • Develop and respect design system standards and patterns, enhancing them in your work and contributing to best practices for digital, technology, and AI experiences.
  • Demonstrate thought leadership by challenging the status quo, presenting independently, navigating questions, and pitching creative ideas, patterns, and standards.

Requirements
