• Knowledge of automotive services, vehicles, and parts

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Keep in constant communication with customers before, during, and after services
• Communicate customer concerns with technicians
• Communicate technician observations with customers
• Educate customers on repairs and the benefits of keeping up with maintenance schedules
• Create estimates of parts and labor for repair and maintenance services
• Answer phones and schedule appointments
• Become knowledgeable with our systems and all services we offer
• Contact vendors and order parts
• Create invoices
• Flow between multiple tasks quickly as needed
• Follow established policies
• Complete daily paperwork procedures satisfactorily
