About the role
The Expeditor supports the management and sales staff in our retail stores by assisting with product retrieval for clients, cash wrap processes, and maintaining visual and housekeeping standards. Responsibilities include receiving merchandise, processing markdowns, handling transfers, replenishing stock, and preparing online orders for in-store pickup.
Responsibilities
- Support the sales team by assisting with product and engaging with clients.
- Assist in the cash wrap process.
- Demonstrate knowledge of merchandise features and benefits.
- Maintain housekeeping and visual standards of the store.
- Assist with replenishment, stock, and transfers.
- Safeguard store inventory by adhering to the company’s loss prevention program.
- Follow all store operational policies and procedures.
- Prepare Buy Online Pick Up In Store (BOPIS) orders.
Requirements
- Positive, high-energy, friendly, outgoing, and engaging personality.
- Willingness to work closely with coworkers to ensure positive store results.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with customers and coworkers.
- Ability to lift, carry, or otherwise move objects weighing up to 15 pounds and use ladders or stairs when merchandising the sales floor.

Pay
The anticipated base salary for this position is $18.81 per hour. Exact salary depends on factors such as experience, skills, budget, and geographic location.
