Expeditor (Part-Time), Wailea Surf Haus - Grand Wailea, A Waldorf Astoria Resort

Responsibilities

• Cookout Expediter: Coordinate food orders, facilitate communication between servers and the kitchen, track ticket times, and ensure prompt delivery of food orders.
• Inspection and Finalization: Inspect and garnish dishes to ensure they meet quality and presentation standards before serving.
• Maintain Organization: Keep the expediting station clean, organized, and well-stocked to support smooth operations.
• Collaboration: Partner with servers, culinary staff, and other departments to ensure efficient service and foster a positive and productive work environment.
• Guest Satisfaction: Proactively address any issues with orders to ensure guest satisfaction and uphold service excellence.
• Regulatory Compliance: Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations to ensure the highest standards of guest and team member well-being.
