Communications Operator (Part-Time) - Grand Wailea, A Waldorf Astoria Resort

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional phone support: Bring an upbeat and friendly attitude to all guest calls, responding promptly and professionally to inquiries and requests.
• Maintain relevant knowledge: Stay up to date on hotel services, amenities, and operations.
• Support emergency response: Relay accurate, detailed information to appropriate teams during emergency situations.
• Leverage communication tools: Use PBX system, computer applications, and other technology to support daily operations.

Pay

The hourly rate is $27.88 per hour and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location.

Schedule

Various – must have availability to work weekends, weekdays, and holidays.
