Qualifications

- Previous experience as an Expeditor or in a similar role in the hospitality industry is preferred - Familiarity with The Breakers menu specifications is a plus - Strong attention to detail and the ability to work quickly and efficiently in a high-paced environment - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members - Ability to remain calm, methodical, and positive under pressure - Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations - Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

- Ensure all food items are served to the correct tables, in accordance with The Breakers menu specifications - Work quickly and efficiently, maintaining organization and composure in a fast-paced environment - Pay close attention to detail and communicate clearly with both culinary and front-of-house team members - Adhere to food safety standards and regulations to ensure the safety of both guests and team members - Set up and maintain the expo line with all necessary items to facilitate efficient food preparation and delivery - Read and accurately assemble orders based on micros tickets, paying careful attention to customization requirements - Garnish plates according to The Breakers specifications, ensuring presentation meets high standards - Collaborate effectively with all team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service - Maintain a positive attitude and a willingness to assist with any other duties assigned by the management
