Responsibilities

• Liaise between the culinary and service teams to ensure dishes are executed correctly, on time, and delivered with perfection.
• Oversee the flow of food from kitchen to dining room, ensuring accuracy, timing, and presentation.
• Take charge of coordination in the passthru, directing traffic, and maintaining seamless operations.
• Communicate special requests and prioritize orders efficiently between kitchen and service teams.
• Build effective relationships across both the service and culinary teams to prioritize the guest experience.
• Thrive under pressure in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods and lifting moderate weights as required.

Requirements

• 1+ years of customer service or restaurant support experience in a fast-paced environment.
• A strong communicator who can liaise between kitchen and service teams.
• An organized and efficient individual capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
