Concierge (Weekend/PT)

Ellington Condominiums — Seattle, WA. Part-time weekend concierge role with seasonal maintenance support.

Responsibilities

• Operate the HOA’s electric trolley to transport residents and guests between residences and amenities.
• Promote and enforce safety on streets, around amenities, and for bicyclists and pedestrians.
• Provide property information, maps, and guest assistance.
• Assist the maintenance department with general maintenance tasks during the off season, and support other departments as needed.

• Commitment to high-level customer service and relationship building.
• Flexible, adaptable, reliable, and resourceful with strong multitasking ability.
• Positive, can-do attitude with a desire to grow and take on additional responsibilities.
• Ability to work outdoors patrolling the property and repetitively lift/move up to 50 lbs.
• Availability for weekend shifts (not a Monday–Friday schedule).
• Valid driver’s license and insurability by the HOA.
• Pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• If driving is required: maintain a valid state driver’s license for the vehicle class, a clean motor vehicle report, and current auto insurance at statutory limits; notify People Operations immediately of any change to driving status; accept periodic motor vehicle report reviews.
