Pay Range: $18.00 - $22.00 / hour (based on experience)

About the Role

An Expeditor or Expo ensures craveable food for every Guest, supporting takeout and dine-in business.

Responsibilities

• Manage ticket times to ensure food is delivered fresh and within ticket time standards
• Coordinate table visits with a manager when necessary to exceed Guest expectations
• Send accurate orders to tables
• Ensure restroom checks are completed

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Previous relevant restaurant experience is preferred
• Have a current Food Handler’s Card where applicable
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced teamwork environment
• Ability to learn and conduct side work required for each shift
• Knowledge of all chemicals used in the building
• Must be able to speak clearly and listen attentively to employees, dining room staff, management, and guests
• Understanding of English language
• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts
• Comfortable standing for extended periods of time, able to lift up to 30 lbs., and continuously bend, reach, and twist
