Expediter I

About the Role

The Expediter I is accountable for building and maintaining excellent customer relationships by responding promptly to routine inquiries and requests, facilitating rush orders, trouble-shooting order-related issues, monitoring availability of materials and parts, and expediting parts through receiving and inspection processes. Providing ongoing and excellent customer service will be the Expediter's daily goal, through fast, accurate processing of orders, and prompt communication. This position will require performing various related administrative tasks, in support of the Warehouse team and/or the Tooling Repair facility when appropriate.

About You

• High School Diploma or GED is required
• Proven excellence in customer service, order entry, and/or warehouse or shipping skills, is required
• Current knowledge of Incora customers and products is highly preferred
• Demonstrated ability to accurately and efficiently perform root cause analysis and conduct thorough research
• Demonstrated skills in detailed data entry is required
• Excellent customer service attitude, with a strong willingness to assist in multiple areas within the Warehouse department, as needed
• Ability to demonstrate and maintain a positive attitude and strong teamwork abilities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with professional daily interaction with customers (as trained)
• Ability to maintain work in an organized and clear manner
• Ability to learn and gain knowledge of the integrated database systems, job-specific software programs, as well as Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word and Excel, as needed
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is essential, alongside experience using Copilot or other AI tools to enhance productivity
