Requirements

• Experience working with school‑age students.
• High school diploma, GED, or CHSPE certificate.
• Either 48 semester units of higher education, an AA degree, or passing the Modesto City Schools' Highly Qualified Paraprofessional Assessment Exam.
• NCLB compliance: submit proof of an AA degree or higher, transcripts showing at least 48 units, or a certificate indicating NCLB requirements have been met.
