We're hiring an experienced Pennsylvania Expanded Function Dental Assistant (EFDA) to join a doctor-led team dedicated to transforming lives through full-mouth dental implant treatment. This role focuses on advanced restorative implant dentistry, digital workflows, and collaborative patient care.
Responsibilities
- Perform Expanded Function Dental Assistant duties in accordance with Pennsylvania regulations
- Assist with restorative implant procedures and full-arch (AOX) cases
- Place, contour, and finish restorations
- Take digital impressions, radiographs, and intraoral scans
- Support digital workflows and restorative treatment planning
- Prepare treatment rooms and maintain sterilization protocols
- Educate patients on treatment and post-operative care
- Maintain OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control compliance
Requirements
- Current Pennsylvania EFDA Certification (Required)
- Pennsylvania X-Ray Certification
- Minimum 2 years of dental assisting experience
- Restorative dentistry experience (required)
- Implant dentistry experience (preferred)
- Experience with digital workflows; iCAM experience is a strong plus
- Strong communication skills and commitment to exceptional patient care
