About the role

Responsible for maintaining patient records, conducting X-rays, preparing instruments, and performing preventative periodontal care. Assist with orthodontic procedures, support infection control protocols, and provide oral hygiene education.

• May lead department operations
• Train staff
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards such as TJC and HRSA

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED
• EFDA certification within 90 days
• BLS certification within 90 days
• Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency at level 10

• Knowledge of dental terminology, instruments, infection control, and oral health education
• Manual dexterity
• Ability to interact professionally with diverse patients and staff
• Proficiency with electronic dental records and MS Office
