About the role

As a Logistics Associate here at Honeywell, you will play a vital role in supporting the efficient movement and management of goods and materials within our integrated supply chain operations. You will assist in coordinating logistics activities, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining accurate records to support seamless supply chain functions.

Responsibilities

  • Aid in coordinating the movement of goods and materials throughout the supply chain to ensure timely delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory levels, and logistics activities.
  • Support the implementation of process improvements to enhance logistics efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate smooth operations and resolve logistics issues.
  • Help monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to logistics and distribution performance.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in logistics or supply chain support roles, demonstrating reliability and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of inventory management and shipment tracking processes.
  • Familiarity with supply chain management software and tools to assist in daily logistics operations.
  • Ability to analyze data related to logistics activities to support process improvements.
  • Understanding of regulatory requirements and best practices in logistics and distribution.
  • Youthful associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field preferred.
  • Experience working in integrated supply chain environments, preferably in aerospace or manufacturing sectors.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
