Responsible for managing museum collections and ensuring their preservation.

  • Oversee daily operations including security, maintenance, and visitor services.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance visitor experiences and engagement.
  • Collaborate with curators and other departments to plan exhibitions and educational programs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in museum studies, history, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in museum administration or related field.
  • Experience with collections management systems and databases.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of museum standards and best practices.
  • Experience with budget management and financial reporting.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with CRM systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
