Exhibit Warehouse Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Exhibit Warehouse Technician to join our team in Woburn, MA.

Responsibilities

• Ability to review and understand Sales Orders in order to effectively pull & prep, pack the correct inventory items and fulfil each order accurately.
• Effectively communicate and take direction from Project Manager and or Lead Exhibit Technician in order to effectively execute tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain daily operations of the department.
• Assembling and dismantling high quality exhibits for a wide array of dynamic industry leading clients.
• Preparation of Trade Show Exhibit Booths for national and global programs.
• Organize and maintain the exhibit warehouse to ensure efficient storage and retrieval of materials.
• Create accurate packing lists to be included in all shipments.
• Cook with the exhibit team to fulfill requests for materials and equipment.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while handling exhibit materials.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Comfortable using basic hand tools and ladders.
• A high degree of accuracy, attention to detail and confidentiality required.
• Prior experience working in a warehouse or exhibit environment preferred.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 75lbs.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Knowledge of basic maintenance and repair techniques.
• Trade show experience preferred but not required (Will train).
• Requires availability to work overtime as necessary during peak production periods.
