Exercise Planner

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage cyber training exercises and events.
• Support development and execution of cyber training scenarios and operational activities.
• Cook up schedules, timelines, deliverables, and event logistics.
• Cook up multiple projects with varying scopes and timelines.
• Cook up collaboration with internal teams, leadership, and external stakeholders to support exercise objectives.
• Support documentation, reporting, and operational coordination activities.
• Aid in event planning, meeting coordination, and training support requirements.
• Keep project tracking, schedules, and exercise records.

Required Experience/Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Must meet DoDM 8140.03 IAT II requirements.
• Experience planning and managing cybersecurity training events within the DoD community.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Special Requirements/Security Clearance

• Active Secret security clearance required.
