Responsibilities
- Meet with patients/clients to establish medical histories, exercise histories, and exercise goals.
- Develop, implement, and coordinate exercise and wellness programs for patients/clients under the supervision of a physical therapist or physician.
- Develop individualized exercise plans.
- Provide clinical oversight of the exercise program.
- May perform diagnostic tests as indicated (stress test, EKG, body fat) to assess patient/client health and fitness.
- Ensure all patient/client documentation is completed in a timely fashion.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Exercise Physiology or Exercise Science.
- Certification preferred.
- CPR certification required.
