Responsibilities
- Meet with patient/clients to establish medical histories, exercise histories and exercise goals.
- Develop, implement, and coordinate exercise and wellness programs for patients/clients under supervision of a physical therapist or physician.
- Develop individualized exercise plans.
- Provide clinical oversight of exercise program.
- May perform diagnostic tests as indicated (stress test, EKG, body far) to assess patient/clients health and fitness.
- Ensure all patient/client documentation is completed in a timely fashion.
- Exercise Physiologist performs all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's in Exercise Physiology or Exercise Science
- Certification preferred
- CPR certification required
