About the role

As a Certified Exercise Coach at The Exercise Coach, you will deliver one-on-one and small-group exercise instruction to clients of all ages. The day-to-day work will never get boring with plenty of activity and variety.

• Conducting initial consultations
• Lead individual and small-group exercise sessions
• Track fitness results for clients and lead client education
• Grow the business through selling monthly and package sessions
• Measure success by tracking studio metrics

Requirements

• Passion for Health & Fitness
• Good communication skills: comfortable conversing in person and on the phone, professional demeanor, and clear instruction delivery
• Strong people skills and personality: must love working with people and be able to show energy and excitement while working with clients

Pay

$15.00 - $20.00 per hour
