Responsibilities

• Conduct initial consultations with clients
• Lead one-on-one and small-group exercise sessions
• Track fitness results and provide client education
• Grow the business by selling monthly and package sessions
• Measure success by tracking studio metrics

• Strong communication skills (in-person and phone)
• Professional demeanor and ability to deliver clear instructions
• Excellent people skills and outgoing personality
• Ability to inspire and energize clients

Pay

$15.00 - $20.00 per hour
