    • Own P&L performance, driving revenue expansion, cost optimization, and margin improvement

    • Build the operational infrastructure required to scale a high-volume, high-throughput recycling operation

  • Operational Excellence

    • Drive Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives to increase speed, efficiency, and output

    • Evaluate and deploy technologies (automation, AI-driven sorting, material tracking) to improve yield and accuracy

  • Value Recovery

    • Maximize recovery value across all commodity streams through disciplined process design and execution

    • Build and optimize downstream partner relationships (smelters, refiners, processors) to improve pricing, yield, and accountability

    • Evaluate and enforce downstream audit practices, ensuring transparency, compliance, and verification of recovery outcomes

    • Develop standardized methodologies for measuring recovery and reconciling internal data with downstream processor assays

    • Identify and eliminate value leakage across the recycling lifecycle

  • Operational Infrastructure

    • Design and implement backend systems that support accurate tracking of material intake, processing, yield, and financial recovery

    • Evaluate current system limitations and implement solutions that support a high-volume (“mega-shredding”) operation

    • Build data visibility that enables real-time decision-making and operational accountability

  • Leadership and Alignment

    • Build and lead a high-performing, accountable recycling operations team

    • Instill a culture of ownership, urgency, and continuous improvement

    • Partner closely with EVP of ITAD, EVP of Service, and executive leadership to align operations across the business

  • Integrity and Compliance

    • Ensure full compliance with environmental, health, and data security standards (R2v3, NAID AAA, ISO, etc.)

    • Maintain rigorous chain-of-custody and downstream accountability standards

    • Build a closed-loop, ethical recycling ecosystem grounded in transparency and trust

    • Position Securis as a leader in responsible, high-integrity IT asset disposition

What We Are Looking For

    • Proven success owning P&L and delivering strong financial performance

    • Deep understanding of material recovery processes, commodities markets, and operational workflows

    • Demonstrated ability to scale operations and improve efficiency in complex environments
