About the role

Chobani is seeking a Vice President of Sustainability to lead our sustainability strategy and execution across operations in Twin Falls, ID. This role will drive environmental impact reduction, resource efficiency, and sustainable innovation within our manufacturing and supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Chobani’s long-term sustainability vision, goals, and roadmap aligned with corporate strategy.
• Lead cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability into operations, including energy, water, waste, and emissions management.
• Oversee sustainability reporting, compliance, and certifications (e.g., B Corp, GHG Protocol, SASB).
• Collaborate with procurement, R&D, and external partners to advance sustainable sourcing and packaging innovation.
• Drive employee engagement and culture change to embed sustainability into daily operations.
• Represent Chobani externally with stakeholders, industry groups, and regulatory bodies on sustainability initiatives.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive sustainability leadership experience, preferably in food/CPG manufacturing.
• Proven track record of developing and executing sustainability strategies that deliver measurable impact.
• Deep expertise in environmental metrics, reporting frameworks, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing senior leadership.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
