Executive Vice President of Operations - Helios HVACR Services (Maitland, FL)

For our client, we are seeking a Executive Vice President of Operations to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space. This executive will lead national field-service operations with a focus on disciplined execution, service consistency, and local responsiveness. The role will partner closely with field leaders to translate customer demand into scalable capacity strategies and strong operational performance. Success in this position will be measured by technician productivity, service-level delivery, and the ability to strengthen financial and operational outcomes across a growing organization.
