Job Description
We are seeking an executive leader to define and execute an enterprise-wide AI and digital transformation strategy. This newly created position will partner closely with executive leadership to identify opportunities where artificial intelligence and automation can create measurable business value while improving efficiency across the organization. This role is ideal for someone who has successfully led technology transformation initiatives and enjoys taking innovative ideas from concept through enterprise adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the organization's AI and digital transformation roadmap.
- Identify emerging technologies that improve operational performance and customer experience.
- Lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of AI platforms and automation tools.
- Partner with executive leadership to prioritize technology investments aligned with business objectives.
- Drive organizational adoption by helping business units successfully implement new technologies.
- Establish governance practices around AI usage, data security, privacy, and regulatory compliance.
- Measure business impact and communicate transformation progress to executive leadership and the Board.
- Serve as the organization's internal expert on AI trends, emerging technologies, and digital innovation.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and technology adoption across the enterprise.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated success leading enterprise AI, digital transformation, or technology modernization initiatives.
- Experience implementing new technologies and driving adoption across multiple business functions.
- Background in banking, financial services, fintech, healthcare, insurance, or another regulated industry is strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of governance, compliance, cybersecurity, and responsible data management.
- Experience evaluating technology vendors and managing strategic technology investments.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to executive and non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to influence organizational change and build consensus across leadership teams.
- Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience will also be considered.
