Key Responsibilities
- Lead master schedule development, logistics planning, and preconstruction support for major multifamily projects
- Partner with project teams to identify risks early and implement proactive solutions
- Mentor and coach field staff, enabling growth while safeguarding project outcomes
- Maintain strong visibility across job sites and business units, serving as a cultural ambassador
- Provide expert oversight on concrete high-rise and mid-rise construction
- Support teams working on client-driven national assignments across a wide geographic footprint
- Uphold operational excellence and contribute to elevating overall project performance
Requirements
- 25-30 years of superintendent or field leadership experience
- Proven background in multifamily high-rise or mid-rise construction
- Expertise with concrete frame structures (hybrid acceptable)
- Bachelor's degree required
- Strong career history showing stability and growth in previous roles
- Skilled in master scheduling, logistics, and preconstruction collaboration
- A confident but non-authoritarian leadership style: no "command and control" personalities
- Skilled in mentoring, developing staff, and managing broad geographic responsibilities
- Must reside near access to a major airport (central US preferred)
- Enthusiasm for extensive national travel; true road-warrior mindset
Qualifications
Base Salary: $180,000-$230,000
Total Compensation: Bonus, deferred compensation program, four weeks PTO, healthcare, company vehicle, and a 401(k) match of 50% up to 8%
